Grammar School (11+) Results

We are delighted to announce our fantastic 11+ Grammar School results.

- 81% our average pass rate for grammar schools 11+ (2023-2026)

Waverley offers an excellent preparation for prospective pupils looking to prepare for the 11+ grammar entrance exam. This includes 1-2-1 tailored assessments and ongoing monitoring of a child's academic results and performance. We also offer verbal and non-verbal reasoning lessons as well as exam preparation classes for those children who will taking the 11+ exam to improve their exam technique and familiarity with the 11+ papers. 

The majority of our pupils who choose to take the 11+ apply and pass the Reading Boys grammar exam and girls for Kendrick (Reading) Grammar. Several pupils have also passed for Slough Grammar, Buckinghamshire Grammar and Cheltenham Grammar. 

As Waverley is a non-selective school and does not require pupils to take an entrance exam to be considered for a place at Waverley, we are exceptionally proud of these results. Waverley is always fully committed to ensuring our pupils reach their full potential and these results are a reflection of this.  The continuing success of Waverley’s students is due to a combination of fully committed and dedicated staff, supportive parents, bright happy children and the low staff to pupil ratio.
